Hope in Art

Teaching women and girls how to paint and glorify our heavenly Father with their art.

I’m Lauren Jacobs and I love God, teaching and art. HOPE in Art is a dream that I am fulfilling of helping women realize their painting abilities while getting scripture in their homes. My classes are for the self-proclaimed “non artist” and can teach you how to paint a beautiful painting for your home that proclaims the word of God.

This is a financial help for my family, but also a ministry to others. I want to be able to offer free classes to women who have children that they love dearly who were born with health issues. I know firsthand that during these time God is there giving HOPE. I want to give them a fun night of painting and creating beautiful art to take home and remind them of that through Faith we can have HOPE in any situation.

That is my short story. I would love to share the “long story” of how God has worked in the life of my family and my sweet nephew. It is amazing and shows that God is so good.

Painting party details:
1- Parties need to consist of 6 girl minimum (the 6th can include the hostess), and can go up to 15 if you have the space (ex: a church fellowship hall, etc).

2- Whoever hosts/organizes the party paints FREE! All the host needs to provide are: light snacks/drinks, and tables/chairs/space for your painters….

3-Each painter pays $45.00 and just shows up. I bring everything you need (canvases, paints, brushes, etc). You are paying for: supplies, future free painting classes for women who have children that they love who are fighting life altering health conditions AND “art education”.   You can come to as many classes as you like, but I hope I can give you enough instruction that you can go home and invest in your own supplies and create LOTS of Scripture paintings for your home!

Your inner artist is just itching to come out!! Why not let her out and come on over for a painting class. We are going to learn to paint this beautiful pear. The cost of the class is $45.00 which includes 3 hours of step by step instruction, a 16×20 canvas and all of the supplies that you need. You can even choose the colors that will match your decor. Lets show everyone who enters our homes who we serve. Get creative for God!!  The class is this coming Sunday at 4:00 p.m. at my home- 517 Royal Ridge Ct.
